I don't think your Abner Marshall and my Abner Marshall are the same people. My Abner died, I believe abt. 1830. If my information is correct, Abner died in Dutchess County. I have a probate record for Samuel and Tammy Marshall that was probated in Rensselaer County, but states Abner Marshall late of Pawling, Dutchess, New York is the father of these children.
