John Turner Marshall (born 1882) was married to Margaret Purcil Wilkinson in 1907 and John died in 1916 whilst on leave from World War 1. His brother was Phillip Messenger Marshall who was my grandmothers father and he was killed in 1915 in WW1. There was I think also 3 (or 4) sisters. Their father was Adam Marshall. I am trying to find out where the family originated from before Jarrow and Hebburn. I would also be interested to find out more about the middle names the boys had, i.e Turner and Messenger. Any info would be great
