Okay everyone, as great a topic as SPAM is, we need to put a stop to this and get on with our research. Otherwise we will scare off the new subscribers we have. I can see that I am the only one that has watched the Discovery Channel's special on the internet and SPAM. SPAM works by having one person copy your email address and selling it to one person. That one person then sells it to ten other people and those ten sell it to ten more people. Those 100 people now sell it to ten more people each and it carries on like this. So even if you have ever only used one email address to send one joke to one person ever, all it takes is for that one person to forward you email onto someone else without deleting the original sender information. Your email address can then be tracked all over the world in a matter of seconds. SPAM is just like junk snail mail and telemarketers, we are going to get them no matter what we try to do about it.
