His younger brother was Raymond Marshall (unknown middle initial) and his sisters name was Carrie. I know he was born in the late 1800's and was only married once to Vera Naomi Sassae, the eldest of 8 children. Grandpa's mother's name was Anne and grandmas' (Vera)mothers name was Sarah Goetz. Any information you may have would be deeply appreciated. Frank and Vera had three children. Richard Gordon, Jean (unknown middle name) and Donald George. Both male children are deceased.
