The men who names are H. L. Marshall and A. J. Baker, had been drinking and had driven all the passengers out of the smoker and were indulging in the playful pastime of shooting out of the car window and through the car, two bullets from their revolvers penetrating seats which had but a few minutes before been occupied by passengers. After the train crew's failure to quiet them officers were telegraphed for. Great indignaton is expressed here. The heaviest sentence for this crime in the territory is twenty-one years and the chances for them to get the limit is very good.
