I'm trying to locate the parents of Mary Marshall, who married Andrew Kells in 1809 (we think) in PA or Guernsey Co. OH. Andrew Kells' Will was witnessed by Robert Marshall and John R. Marshall, so it is believed there may a connection there but we can't find it. Mary was born in PA and died in 1843 in Guernsey Co. OH. All hints and helps would be greatly appreciated.
