    3. i'm sure this is not true. i am an LDS and not sure how many in this list are, but i have not seen anything about this at all. if they do move any records, please be assured that they will be handled with extreme care and will not be destroyed. the family history library in SLC is the largest of its kind in the world. almost all records are archived in more than one way so even if something did happen to any original records the data would still be available. i wouldnt worry about this. this is more than likely a hoax. look at all the LDS church has done for genealogy . i dont think we would destroy any records.
