The Quarrier Homes took in orphan children. You can visit the Quarrier's website and ask for Margaret and Sarah's history to be sent to you. They were not sent over as indentured servants; they came with a group of residents from the Quarrier Homes. Look in the 1891 census at a Family History Centre, and you *should* be able to find them. Ancestry does not have the complete 1891 census for Canada, but does have portions. I have the obituary notice for our gg grandmother, Elizabeth Marshall, and in it is stated, "Joseph and James of Lowell, Massachusettes." Try the U.S. census of 1911 to see if they're there.
