Marshall who she married June 17, 1976; MARSHALL Morton, Nancy S. Nancy S. Morton Marshall Caring wife, mother, and grandmother Nancy S. Morton Marshall, age 56, of North East died on Sunday August 19, 2007 at home. She was born on September 11, 1950 to Ruby Rodland Morton of Harborcreek and the late Oscar Morton. She was a graduate of Harborcreek High School and St. Vincent Nursing School. Nancy was a very caring wife, mother and grandma. She was always employed in the medical field as a nurses aide, physical therapist aide, and home health aide. She was employed with the Community Nursing Serivces of North East for several years. Nancy will be missed by her many former patients and she really missed them, while she was unable to work. Nancy was a very big fan of NASCAR and Pittsburgh Steelers. She could be heard cheering for Kyle Petty, when watching races, and she was always cheering and waving her TERRIBLE TOWEL when watching the Steelers play. Nancy was an active member of boy Scouts of America, volunteering on a local and district le! vel, in the French Creek Council. Survivors include her husband of 31 years John E. Marshall who she married June 17, 1976; a son Donald A. Marshall and wife Laurie of Millcreek; brothers Leonard Rodland and wife Donna of Harborcreek, Lawrence Morton and wife Elna of Harborcreek, Kenneth Morton and wife Norma of Harborcreek, John Morton and wife Geralyn of Harborcreek; a grandson Eric Marshall. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home 65 South Lake Street North East on Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday visitation at 10:00 a.m. at the South Harborcreek United Methodist Church until time of a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Officiating Rev. Donald Hornsby. Interment South Harborcreek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Community Nursing Services of North East 7 Park Street North East, PA 16428.
