She was born about 1885, married William Sargent, of Scott Co., KY, and bore several children. Her daughter Rosie, born 6 March 1899, married Chester Southworth around 1916. Elvira died 31 Jan 1946 in Scott Co., KY. She is my husband's maternal great-great grandmother. I do not know with certainty that she was born in Scott County; I can only guess considering how long she lived there. I've done queries on her name, but the name Elvira doesn't come up. I'm beginning to wonder if she is listed under her middle name, which I do not know. If she sounds familiar, please let me know.
