VA/WVA who was deceased by 1818. He was married to Nancy Agnew, daughter of Samuel Agnew of Washington Co. PA. The will inventory of his estate shows he owned land in Cross Creek and Point Pleasant. His brother in law, Robert Marshall was the executor of his estate, and one of the debts paid mentioned $34.93 to Col.James Marshall. I would like to ask you, if in your research, you had to separate the two James Marshalls of the same time and places, and if you located any information about my James Marshall of VA/WVA and Washington Co.
