That line is very well documented (my wife's line) and nowhere is there a William or a William A. from Lucy Pickett and Charles. His supposed birthdate of 1792 does fit in a gap of Charles' children, but I just don't think he's there unless he is a hidden black sheep of a very well researched line. Drop me a line.
