I have very little information on my Marshall line. My 4th great grandmother was Jane Marshall b.ca 1764 in Virginia ,husband Henry Barlow b.ca 1758 in Culpepper, Virginia.Married 5 Nov.,1782 in Rockingham,County,VA. Jane Marshall's father was James Marshall. Years ago a relative told me that Jane was supposed to be related to the Randolph's & Jefferson's.I haven't as yet made the connection. My Marshall brickwall is John Marshall born abt 1809 in Pennsylvania. Was unable to locate him on the 1870 Census so it is believed that he died before the 1870 census. He was married to Louisa (Unknown). His children are as follows Solomon Marshall b Abt 1833 Eliazabeth Marshall b Abt 1834 Levi Marshall b abt 1839 Married Rebecca Garman b 1840 Pennsylvania Lydia Marshall b abt 1842 Lucinda Marshall b abt 1844 Catherine Marshall b abt 1848 William Marshall b 7 Mar 1848 page 978 from Lancaster Co Mennonite H.S.
