The slight problem was only due to the page layout being 0.1" out on the footer section. This resulted in the page numbers not printing out properly. I would suggest that one prints out pages 1, 2, 21, and 22 as a test set of pages before printing out the whole document. If these print OK, you are pritty safe to print out the whole document correctly. If there are any other problems, please do let me know directly, and I can make adjustments where necessary and possible.
