He married ELIZABETH LOCKE 14 Oct 1699 in Middletown, Connecticut (Source: Records of First Proprietors of Lands in Middletown, CT reprinted from NEHG Register vol. 14; Eliot Markham's Records), daughter of WILLIAM LOCKE and SARAH WHITMORE.
