Earlier this week while they were in California for my neice's wedding, their home in Utah was totally destroyed by fire. All of their furniture and personal belongings are gone. For those who are familiar with her your prayers would be greatly appreciated.Her computer was destroyed but I am attempting to retrieve the data on the hard drive. It has been a devastating ordeal for them. She has been so active in family history research most of her life and has accumulated a tremendous amount of information some of which has been definitely lost. Some has been saved but is damaged. She has really enjoyed her participation with the Markham roots web and I am confident we'll get her back on again after they get things settled. They are living temporarily at a relative's house.
