This book is now on the "TW" website, with many corrections, after obtaining a copy of the original book. This books comes your way in two formats, HTML and a scanned page picture version. A third Word 7.xx version will also be done sometime. This book has been made available to us for our research and interests by Beverly Markham, thank you !!!. I did not edit out all the spots and dots in the scanned version. This is intentional so one can get a better feel for the size and shape of the original book.
