Mye Goodye Cosynes, My sister Sharon is in the advanced stages of cancer now. She had expensive treatment, and just hasn't taken. More chemo was supposed to be administered a couple of months ago, but her Doctor refused to give it. From the first treatment, her body started to get fragile, and lost a kidney several months ago etc. The cancer has spread quickly over the last 3-4 weeks, and she spent this time at her home in Bulawayo. Since Thursday last week, they put her on Morphine, and on Sunday she went into hospital. We have been told by her Doctor that she has a short time to live. I phoned her in hospital tonight, and seems very tired, sick, and yet brave, as she knows her time is near. I will be surprised if she makes it past the weekend... I will probably be making a trip up to Zims this weekend, or sooner, and will be on and off this list for the next month or so.
