I just returned from Wayne Co and Russell Co, KY and found the post below. She obviously got her info from a Markham of Texas who submitted his info to Rootsweb.com. The father of Archibald Markham was John Markham, not John Nathan. We do not know John's father but he definitely was not Arthur Markham. This is the problem with getting info from the Internet placed there by people who did no research before submitting it. Archibald's wife was Nancy KellEy. I will reply to Hayley as soon as I recover from the trip. Copied all the marriage bonds of the Markhams/Marcums and related families.
