Lucretia Marchbanks (sometimes spelled Marshbanks) was born 7 Feb. 1861 and died 28 Nov. 1934. She married Bayliss Earl McAlister. I have no record of any offspring. Lucretia was the daughter of Benjamin Gifford Marchbanks (1829-1863) and his wife Mary Caroline Batson (1829-1913) She was the grand-daughter of the well-known Stephen Perry Marchbanks. Other descendants of Benjamin include Brian J. Marshbanks (correct) of Greenville SC and the late Katherine L. Hester who was an enthusiastic genealogist and the leader of a group of Marshbankses and Marchbankses who held reunions at Mars Hill NC. I am not familiar with "Black Hills Ladies" and would be interested to hear about anything you might discover. It may be that Brian Marshbanks can shed some light.
