C. Marchbanks. If any of you want the whole email, let me know. It is long and the following is the only mention of a Marchbanks. I guess it is saying A. C. Marchbanks is a notary public. So, the documents do not relate to him. I suppose he is a nearby notary or friend that the Alsups picked to do this favor of recording the oath. The email was From: "E.
