    3.   As with every organization, we are looking to cut costs.  At a recent board meeting, we discussed the option of emailing the KinTracer to the membership.  We would save money on printing, postage and associated costs.   We would like your opinion.    Would you like to receive the KinTracer online?   Would you like to continue to receive the KinTracer by mail?   Would you be willing to pay higher membership dues to continue to receive it by mail?          Please let us know your thoughts.     Joanne Rowlands

For those of us content with the online version, upload .pdfs. 2. Shirley, I hope this is going just to you.  It's a little hard to tell these days where replys are going.  I would love to receive the Kin Tracer online.  I already receive a number of newsletters and monthly updates by email and it works just fine. 3. Not everyone will want hard copies, but what is the total cost (in time and money) per year to mail out if every member wanted hard copies? I have a reason for asking....an idea. 3. We do not have Marin County roots, but the Kin Tracer does make a significant contribution to our society. If it does go on-line people will read part and delete it. What if we consider broadening it to include other parts of Northern California. Just a thought.
