Jerry, I'm confused. Are you hoping for "live oak' or what I call "REAL oak -- white oak, red oak, willow oak, etc. -- i.e. DECIDUOUS oak. Maybe I'm really out-of-it, but I'm from NC. Whenever anyone says "oak", I think of every kind of oak EXCEPT "live oak" since we don't have them in NC.
