    3. >From Dick Eastman's Genealogy blog comes this interesting article. I don't know about you but this article really hits home. Every day I look at my bulging file cabinet and stack of paper waiting to be processed and wonder if I'll ever see the top of my desk again! When Dick describes his office, it's as if he's describing my own office, minus the large book collection of course. 3. LOL..... I've not read the blog yet... but... I have been in many genealogist's "office" and well....Let me say that Cathy Gowdy's is the only one that was neat as a pin! The worst was a friend's in Vacaville. lol The fire department would not have liked it. And I have fears for him in an earthquake! My office is currently packed and in storage. You can poke fun at me after I find my new home and have been in it for a while. <g> File weekly and the piles won't be overwhelming. 2. Yes!  This is the way to go.  This specifics of accomplishing it however are daunting.  It doesn't seem like one would actually put the info into a genealogy program as it would get too big.  Perhaps somehow links could be used.  When one doesn't have a whole lot of computer skills, it becomes difficult.  Any ideas?     Celinda   ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gene Pennington" <genepenn1@comcast.net> To: "MCGS Mail List" <maringensoc@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, April 28, 2009 7:58:40 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific Subject: [MarinGenSoc] Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter: Converting My Personal Library to Digital >From Dick Eastman's Genealogy blog comes this interesting article.
