    1. [MarinGenSoc] July 22 meeting reminder
    2. Bill Bryant
    3. Hi MCGS members, All of us genealogical types start from our immediate family and work back through our ancestors. Soon we find ourselves researching outside U.S. boundaries. Many of us will benefit from a personal trip to our ancestral home such as England, or wherever the trail leads. But for that trip to be fully productive requires careful planning of goals, target information sources, itinerary, transportation, and help along the way. Hence our Wednesday meeting presentation by Cat Nielsen, "Planning a Research Trip." If you have read the June & July Society Newsletter you know that Cat is well qualified for genealogical topics, especially this one. She has studied it, taught it, led it, been there and done it! Hope to see you at the LDS Church this Wednesday at 7:30, and don't forget to bring your recyclable bottles and cans to help defray MCGA expenses. Bill Bryant, MCGS Secretary
