There are many websites that do not come up properly when I use it. Therefore, I enter the URL for these sites in my Firefox browser and wonder-of-wonders, I'm THERE! Try it and see if it works for you. If it doesn't, I have no idea what is wrong. The automatic message at the end of your email gives the old address link to the site and that may be what people are going to. It might be good to change that to the new website address.
