    2. Pentagon officials say it's uncertain whether the right people are buried in a number of graves at Arlington National Cemetery because of poor management and record keeping. Two defense officials say Army Secretary John McHugh will discuss problems with burials Thursday, when he releases the results of an investigation at Arlington. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the findings. The famous military cemetery is the resting place of some 300,000, including many of America's war veterans, presidents and dignitaries. The officials say two top managers at the cemetery could face punishment. John C.
