Father of Lorna Eaton, of Rohnert Park and Janice Clooney, of Thousand Oaks, Calif. Father- in-law of Lee Eaton and David Clooney. Son of Helen Greenwald, of Redding; and late Ernest Freeman. Grandfather of Katie Pease, Kristina and Mathew Eaton; and Ryan, Ross and Kimberly Clooney. Great grandfather of Leah Pease. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A fireman in Mill Valley for 20 years. A member of the Masonic Lodge of Mill Valley. After retirement, he continued in the Fire Department as a volunteer. A member of the Marin Rod and Gun Club. An avid outdoorsman. A native of Mill Valley, Calif. Age 74. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2001, at Cross & Crown Lutheran Church, 5475 Snyder Lane in Rohnert Park.
