I am looking for any information on an Allen Presley (might be spelled with 2 ses) who resided in Mooney Flats in Nevada Co. and died Nov. 6 l895 in San Quentin. It is possible he was a trades person working there at the time. I'm not clear if it was San Quentin prison or San Quentin village. If anyone has info. or can suggest a source I can look into, I'd much appreciate it. I am trying to determine if this is my great grandfather b. in Ireland in 1848, who would have been married to my g-grandmother Rachel Presley and living mostly in Yuba. Co and Nevada Co.
