Hi all, Words to the wise from the SFBAY-CSGA list... comments so far: "it was impossibly slow in downloading, and the printed output was illegible." "I just downloaded a number of pages from the 1830 census and they were much more legible and in .jpg format I could enhance in Photoshop and they now make great printouts. I wouldn't advise subscribing until they have the rest of the census done.." "almost all the images are online, but they are not yet indexed. The process of searching page by page is slow, but if you have the information from another index it isn't a problem. I would probably recommend waiting until they are all indexed and then pay for your year..." Jana
