On Tue, 27 Aug 2002 15:03:08 -0700, Iris Jones <[email protected]> SB 1614 was just amended to remove the requirement put in while the bill was in appropriations that those who post previously aquired data to the internet redact the maiden name and SSN. The amendments just passed also reduced the penalties for violating the law to a misdemeanor. It also allows access for medial research in some situations.
