I am wondering if it's possible to find more information on a Merchant seaman David Rattray of Montrose Scotland, Register Ticket 248700. I found his Register Ticket number on Find My Past UK and have also found some of his voyages on Find My Past , between the years 1854 -1857 (Although deciphering the ships names is a little challenging). I am not sure if it is the David Rattray I am searching for, hence the request as to whether there would be more information on him from when he registered. I am in New Zealand, so any information would be appreciated Thanks Jude
