Hi Bud, See this link:  .SS FROSTVIK | www.aanimeri.fi   The ship appears to have been called "Frostvik" in 1947 before being renamed Arneta in 1949.  I am assuming that OFKH is a Finnish shipping registration code for that particular vessel, rather like the Bristish Official Number.  Perhaps someone can confirm?
