Dear Mariners, I am trying to find any record of the above named gentleman. I have found one reference to him as an O/S,this was for December 1929, the record seems to be some kind of discharge. The record was in the name Neilson, but he also used the name Koch. Do records exist of people who may have Worked their passage abroad? Please forgive ignorance,am new to this.
