Good morning, Does anyone on the list have access to the Mariners Mirror Volume 60? I believe page 41 of that volume contains a full history and list of the Naval knights of Windsor. I am trying to confirm that William HAYGARTH was the 1st governor of the Naval knights of Windsor. I would very much appreciate a copy of that list.
