Heal published 1999 by Vanwell Publishing Limited, St. Catherines, Ontario, CANADA hardcover, 309 pages, lots of bl/wh photos ISBN: 1-55125-023-3 I have access to the book but no way of scanning images. Perhaps [worldcat.org] can locate a copy in a library accessible to you.
