Dear all,   I seem to be going round in circles on this one. I am looking for details of a naval court (not a court-martial) held in Constantinople on 6 February, 1862 and presided over by Captain Seymour of HMS WANDERER, where a merchant captain was tried on charges of placing men in irons without sufficient authority.
