Mariners, Am I correct in that the passenger carrying cargo ship rules specified up to 12 without a Doctor? Please could anyone tell me under which rules the LEIGHTON, 145877, Lamport and Holt Line, carried passengers? The TNA Passenger Manifest shows around 10 person in the 1930's. Many thanks Rod
