G'day listers, I have been sent a newspaper/periodical clipping, minus date and paper/journal name, concerning the *Clackmannanshire* (master, Capt. Kerbyson), under a photograph of a temporarily repaired wheel and the headline “A Make Shift Wheel”, in which the legend states: “.....the three-masted ship *Clackmannanshire *which while homeward bound from South America was pooped. The wheel was broken in half; the cover and gratings were broken; and the binnacle glasses smashed. Fortunately, though men were scattered here and there, no one was lost or seriously injured.” Can anyone identify this voyage and/or the clipping's date and provenance? Thank you, Barry
