    3. Can sks help me please. Hugh Brown was kind enough to tell me about the S.S.Clallam. she was an American Passenger steamer Built at Tacoma. WA at the Heath Yard. Built for the Puget Sound Navigation Co. On January 8th 1904 in a storm foundered between Smith and San Juan Islands near Holland Point, Straits of Juan de Fuca. Capt's name was Roberts. Is there any records for Puget Sound Navigation Co. or the Clallam. My mothers uncle William Cherrett was one that lost his life Buried Ross Bay Cemetary. Victoria. B.C.(I want to make sure he is our William Cherrett)born Monmouth Wales. Where did he start his career as a sailor. Brenda Melbourne
