The deed is very detailed in the relationships of the listed individuals. It lists Joseph Dyar of Weymouth in County of Suffolk, Husbandman, and Jane his wife,....etc. There are numerous names listed. Then it defines the people listed, Sarah Hatch, Jane Dyer, Benjamin Stevens, Mary Au?in, Hannah Stevens, Margery Rogers are children of Thomas Stevens late of Boston, Joiner and Sarah his wife both deceased. Which said Sarah was one of the daughters of John Place late of Boston aforesaid mariner, also deceased. I made copies of the deed.
