I have found info that makes me believe his parents were from Ireland. But I do not have any information on parent's names or James sibling? Marie Ursula Jennings, b 11 Oct. 1838 in Portage, Wisconsin. d 04 May 1913 in ? They had 8 children. THE INDIAN CONNECTION COULD BE ON EITHER SURNAME? PATTERSON OR JENNINGS?
