I am looking for any information on my great grandfather Fredrick King b1839 in germany. He emigrated in 1865 with his wife Louise Kruger. I found them in the 1870 census Philadelphia with 3 children. By 1880 They had moved to New York Where my Grandfather, Ernest, was born in 1875. This Part of my family is almost completly unknown because of some disagreements that shut them off. Could you please suggest an approach to expand on the information I have already found? The 1870 census says that Louise was born in Switzerland in 1841.
