The burial info that you have for Samuel sounds likely and is more than I have. John Church Jones & family must have remained in that area as long as Esther was alive. But they did proceed on to LeRoy , MN where they lived for a few years before moving to the Livingston Co., MO area. I must ask my cousin, who has possession of, I think, John Church Jones's family Bible. If he has any documents, including the deed, or other info that looks significant I will let you know. Here are the names of Samuel and Esther's children as given in that Bible, which I think is John Church Jones's Bible. I have seen and handled but not closely examined the Bible but it does not seem frail enough to have been Samuel and Esther's. Eleanor C. I think the land sales record from property in Vermont came from the state archives in Montpelier.
