Hi - can you try the Boston Public Library? They have a GREAT newspaper archive, and I believe you can access their catalog without having a library card. They might have a WInchester paper from the right dates. I don't know if they allow their microfilm to go out on interlibrary loan. "The Winchester Star" was being published since the late 1800's !
