Hi John, If I know I'm going to use a "very busy" web site, I try to use it between 5 am and 7 am -- seems to be the least busy time of the day. I'm going to try using the LDS site now to see what happens ! I also had a problem getting the HeritageQuest site via my Library after I started using Norton, and I was told by ProQuest customer service that the only way for me to "get in" is to "disable" Norton for a few minutes ! And, that has worked fine ! I'm "very" aware of -- virus-type problems, and am always cautious ! Enjoy your day !
