According to "A Guide to Massachusetts Cemteries" by David Allen Lambert there are 8 cemeteries in Melrose but 6 of them are sections of the Route 99 Jewish Cemetery. The other 2 are Wyoming(Sylvan St.) and Netherlands Cemetery(Linwood Ave.) There aren't any Catholic Cemeteries listed. The Melrose Cemetery Department number is 781-665-0405. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Val" <vcon@ebtech.net> > To: <MAMIDDLE-L@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Sunday, May 07, 2006 12:07 PM > Subject: RE: [MAMiddle] Cemeteries in Melrose > > >> Thanks John, >> >> I'm specifically looking for any cemeteries in Melrose or connected to >> the >> Catholic Church in Melrose.
