They can fax it to you or mail it to you. They are very nice and helpful (if they aren't busy and you ask kindly). The plot listing will tell you who bought the plot originally and when, and it will show who else is buried in the plot, and also who is "responsible" today for the plot (mostly out of date info, but could yield an additional clue). I presume you found the burial info online, along with the range, and lot numbers, etc. Just provide that to them, along with the name(s). You can do it over the phone. In my case, using the plot purchasing date info, I was able to verify that it was the day after one of many Mary Crowleys died in Lowell, so am reasonably sure she was the one I was looking for. In your case, you may find other family members listed with different last names. Good luck!
