Was MA ever known as Bay State? I am trying to read a cemetery stone. I am going to send it to the group under the email address rhardebeck@aol because it is the only way I know how to attach it. That is the email on my Kodak program. If you can read the three words after Sudbury please let me know. It looks like "in yeBay State" to me but it does not make sense.
