To all on the list, This may be of some interest to some and if I get anything wrong please correct me. The Cahill House which is know known as the Cambridge Hospital had a maternity ward in the 1960s I do not know when it was built or if it was called the Cahill House but my grandmother had been born their abt. 1909. it is on Cambridge St. past inman square but before Youville (spelling) which used to be the Holly Ghost and only terminally ill patients. Cahill house which still stands today is a red brick building and still used by the hospital I believe the street behind it is called line street and if I am correct if not all of it part of it is in Somerville.
